How much does a Power BI consultant cost in Malaysia?
Our Power BI packages start from RM499 for a single-source report and RM1,499 for a full interactive dashboard with multiple data sources and modelling. Larger reporting solutions are scoped individually. Published starting prices are on our pricing page.
Do I need a Power BI licence?
Power BI Desktop is free for building and viewing reports on your own machine. Sharing reports with colleagues through the Power BI Service requires a paid per-user licence. We explain exactly what your situation needs before you commit to any subscription.
Can you work with my Excel files?
Yes, and it is the most common starting point. Excel exports, CSVs and shared workbooks can all feed a Power BI model. Part of the work is usually restructuring that data so the reporting stays reliable as it grows.
Can you fix or improve an existing dashboard?
Yes. Slow refreshes, numbers that disagree and reports nobody opens usually trace back to the data model rather than the visuals. We review the model first and fix the cause rather than restyling the symptoms.
Do you deliver remotely?
Yes. Power BI work is delivered remotely across Malaysia and Singapore through video calls, screen sharing and scheduled review sessions. On-site sessions in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur can be arranged where genuinely useful.
